There is an old saying that goes “You are what you eat.” This is true from a spiritual and mental stand point. One can only be what they allow themselves to be, what they put into their system, or body.
Most people know that they need to eat healthy food to stay healthy and continue living a full life. They know there is junk food which is bad for them. These foods are made with sugar, salt or fat that your body does not need in order to be at optimal health. Sadly in this day and age most of us all eat junk food way too much, and have become sick and obese as a result of it.My parents never abused me in any way, I was raised as a normal child. I never did drugs, alcohol or cigarettes. I have a very full life and my health is still good. My parents saved me from these things.
I went to private Catholic school growing up. The nuns were strict and sticklers for the rules that they made up on their own. There was no homework allowed unless the teacher said it would be a good idea to do some extra work after school hours. Instead we had to do elaborate projects at the end of each unit which was an extra work time. If you got an A on your projects you could stay up extra long on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons to finish them up. I have so many great memories from that time. It was a good experience for me and helped my artistic skills tremendously. I did a lot of art projects at home, but I had no formal training whatsoever in art or anything that would help me become an artist.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s Is the Best Way to Start Your Day…and End It on a High Note!

Breakfast at Tiffany’s presents an array of brownies, pancakes and other treats. The name of the restaurant is based on one of the best movies ever made in my humble opinion. This movie, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, stars Hepburn as “Tiffany”, an iconic, ’60s New York socialite who runs a successful and opulent lifestyle in Manhattan. One of the great scenes in the movie involves Tiffany’s famous “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” party. This is a four-course brunch (many of these courses are a la carte items). In one scene, she holds an event at her house and has her guests bring something to eat. The surprise is that their items are prepared by the house chefs and presented as if they were Tiffany’s personal meal. Here, the brownies are dry and have a strange flavor. The scene is nicely done, but I didn’t care for the brownies. The items that are served here are not from Tiffany’s and in fact, most of them are from other low-end restaurants. They tasted good, but they were nothing special or memorable.
As far as breakfast goes, this place offers some decent food at a reasonable price ($8.95 for a basic egg sandwich with fries and orange juice). The egg sandwich was not the best—the bread was a little stale and there wasn’t enough cheese or flavor. The coffee was good and the service was acceptable (though not stellar). Overall, Breakfast at Tiffany’s is a safe bet for those that don’t want to spend too much money or those that are looking for a quick meal on the run.
